Reviewing merge request #7: port to OpenChange 0.11

MAPI options are updated, and fetchmailconf.py is updated accordingly.

Warnings: The current version compile with OpenChange 0.11 without any warnings, but with some run time warnings from inside of libmapi. These run time warnings are fixed in the OpenChange trunk version, but there are lots to compile time warning with the trunk version of OpenChange. So both have some warnings.

More test required: It works in my limited testing environment, and it should work if openchangeclient tool from OpenChange works. But the more testing, the better.
