    Trying the painful switch to non-recursive mutex again. Step 1 in a 2 step to read/write mutex. Compiling but I'm sure it deadlocks.

    Read-write mutex didn't work because Boost doesn't have a recursive one. So just have to stick with the exclusive access mutex I'd been using. Cleaned up some const logic in TorrentInternal class.
