Reviewing merge request #1: Add rewrite rules for LigHTTPD

This project heavily depends on URL rewriting. This should be mentioned (inside the README file). This change also adds a set of rewrite rules compatible to the LigHTTPD webserver so 'Sticky Notes' can be used within a setup of lighttpd.
