hardware: Initial copy of the schematics in gEDA format

This eliminates much of the unused hardware (since the design was
bootstrapped from an existing board), but isn’t quite complete yet. None of
the schematics for the sensors or output circuitry are done. The schematics
for the LCD driver are missing.

This includes four symbols from gedasymbols.org. Attribution and licencing
information are in the .sym files.
