hardware: Connect RHT03 pull-up resistor directly to the Vcc power rail

There’s no need to connect it through the PPTC, since it’s not on a potential
short circuit path. This prevents it forming a potential divider with the
PPTC (or whichever suitably valued resistor is replacing it) and reducing
the supply voltage to the RHT03.
