ISDN: maintain outstanding CAPI messages in the drivers

It's up to the drivers to maintain their list of buffered messages
themselves. As most drivers can share common code, provide it
in capilib.o, inside of the module kernelcapi.o
12 files changed:
drivers/isdn/capi/Makefile
drivers/isdn/capi/capilib.c [new file with mode: 0644]
drivers/isdn/capi/kcapi.c
drivers/isdn/hardware/avm/avmcard.h
drivers/isdn/hardware/avm/b1.c
drivers/isdn/hardware/avm/b1dma.c
drivers/isdn/hardware/avm/c4.c
