raise ValueError if product_{name_to_id,id_to_name} fails (#659331)

Raising ValueError will prevent us to sending None to the server, which
causes an unhelpful traceback about marshalling None.

Also, make the commandline frontend handle ValueError when doing
bugzilla info -c [invalid-product].
