Implement our own window filter : it is a hann filter with a step. As we're using very long discrete fourier transform, we can't use hann/hamming filter without loosing a lot of important data. This filter enable to unsharpen the edges and disable high-frequency parasites due on a discontinous signal (the filter is C^1, the uniform Dirichlet theorem applies here).
